All orders received through the online ordering system are through PAYPAL, ensuring your privacy and safety. All major credit cards are accepted when paying thru PayPal or if you have an account with them you can pay directly from your bank account. Find out more about PayPal here.
If you choose to order via Email, an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal and once payment is received your order will be despatched or you may pay by Direct Debit.

Changing an Order
If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include details of the transaction that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Delivery time and Postage:
Due to the fact that we are in Rural North Queensland our Australia Post Express Service takes a minimum of 2-3 days. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Postage and Handling charge on all orders is min. $10.00 for 3kg express mail bag. Every additional kilo or part thereof $10.00
