  • How can I pay for my order? All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We offer PAYPAL, SHOP PAY, GPAY, and all major credit cards at checkout. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from Tropical Harvest Qld to confirm the order details.

  • Do any of your products contain sulphur? Do any of your products contain additives or preservatives? No! All of our fruit comes straight from the growers, then gets washed and hand-processed before the drying period commences. We are 100% sulphur-free, 100% preservative-free, and 100% additive-free!

  • Is your dried fruit sweet because of added sugar? No, our dried fruit is sweet naturally. The all-natural drying process retains the fruit's goodness, healthiness, and natural sugars (fructose), making it delicious without any added sugar.

  • How do you dry and process the fruit? All of our fruit is processed by hand on-site in North Queensland. After preparation, we leave it to dry for a minimum of two days before hand packing and delivering directly to customers.

  • How can I use dried fruit? Dried fruit is a delicious snack on its own or can be used in cooking and food preparation. It's perfect for enjoying between meals, adding to salads, breakfast toppings, or rehydrated in water.

  • What are the benefits of dried fruit over regular fruit? Dried fruit is easier to manage, makes less mess, and has a higher concentration of goodness. It's convenient for transportation and storage, and half a cupful can fulfill the "2 and 5" criteria.

  • Can I buy fruit out of season? Yes, we try to keep all our products in stock throughout the year.

  • Do you ship overseas? Yes, we currently ship to various countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a quote.

  • How long does your dried fruit last? Our best before dates are at least 7 months from packing, and the fruit can often be used well after that date if stored in a cool, dark, and dry place.

  • What's your shipping and delivery like? We generally pack to order for freshness and quality. Delivery times depend on the location and can range from 1-10 working days.

  • Can I get next day delivery? Due to our rural location, next day delivery is not recommended.

  • Why is my shipping weight calculated higher than my order? Our shipping is calculated based on the total weight of each order, including the dried fruit and packaging.

  • Can I take your dried fruit with me while traveling overseas? Yes, our dried fruit is suitable for travel and has been enjoyed in various exotic locations.

  • Am I paying tax on this product? As a 'raw food,' dried fruit is tax-exempt, and we are 100% GST-free.

  • What if there's a problem with my order? If there's an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@tropicalharvestqld.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the problem.
