We’re James and Janelle — a North QLD family growing limes and mangoes on our farm and slow-drying Australian-grown fruit with care.

In 2023, we took over Tropical Harvest with a mission to raise the bar on dried fruit. Every batch is slow-dried — never rushed — so you get full flavour and real fruit, not added stuff.

What started as a way to stop good fruit from going to waste has become a family-run operation we’re proud to share. We work directly with farmers across Australia to bring more goodness to your pantry.
