Where We Pack & Ship From

All orders are shipped from our licensed Processing and Packing Room in Dimbulah, QLD. That’s the same place where we slow-dry and pack every batch of dried fruit.

We grow some of the fruit ourselves and also work with trusted Australian farmers to source additional fruit.

It’s all handled in-house — from ripening and drying to packing and shipping.
No outsourcing. No shortcuts. Just fruit done right.

Additional Info About Shipping

  • 📝 Shipping is calculated based on total parcel weight, which includes your fruit, packaging, and shipping box — not just the fruit weight alone.
  • 📝 Your order may fall into a higher bracket depending on its total packed weight.
  • 💡 Want to save on shipping? All bulk packs includes standard shipping Australia-wide — it’s already built into the product price.

🛍️ Local Pickup & Bulk Pack Shipping

Local Pickup

Live near Dimbulah, QLD?
We offer free local pickup for customers nearby. Just choose “Pickup in store” at checkout, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a time that works for you.

Bulk Dried Fruit Packs

All of our bulk dried fruit packs include free standard shipping Australia-wide — No surprises at checkout.

For smaller packs, you’ll see the option to upgrade to Express Postage during checkout.

For larger bulk dried fruit orders, Express might not appear automatically — but we’re happy to help. Just contact us for a custom quote, and we’ll work it out with you.

⏱️ How Long It Takes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days from our farm in Dimbulah, North Queensland.

Because each order is packed fresh — often during busy harvest or drying periods — processing times can vary slightly. During peak seasons (October to March) or high-demand periods like Christmas, it may take closer to 5 business days to prepare your order.

Once it leaves us, Australia Post takes over:

Location Estimated Delivery Time
QLD metro & regional 2–5 business days
NSW & VIC metro 3–6 business days
WA, SA, TAS, NT & rural 5–10+ business days

🚨 Please note:
We’re located in a rural part of Queensland, so next-day Express isn’t always available — especially for heavier orders. You can choose Express Post at checkout (for parcels up to 5kg), or reach out for a quote if needed.

📦 Tracking is always included, so you’ll know exactly where your parcel is.

Seasonal & Peak Period Delays

Seasonal & Peak Period Delays

🌧️ Wet Season (Nov–March)

Welcome to tropical North QLD — where monsoons, road closures, and even the odd cyclone can occasionally slow down deliveries.

We continue to pack and dispatch orders as usual, but Australia Post may experience delays during severe weather.

📦 You’ll always be notified if there are issues, and every parcel comes with tracking so you can follow its journey.

🎄 Christmas & Peak Periods

During Christmas and other peak times, Australia Post gets flooded with parcels — and we see a surge in orders too.

We keep packing fast, but shipping networks can slow down under pressure.

🎁 Order early to avoid delays — we’ll dispatch your fruit promptly, and you’ll receive tracking once it ships.

Still Have Questions About Shipping?

Here’s what customers ask us most — and what you need to know before your order heads out.

Shipping FAQs: What You Ask (And What We Answer)

SHIPPING FAQs: What You Ask (And What We Answer)

Why does my shipping cost seem high for the amount of fruit I ordered?

Shipping is calculated by total parcel weight, which includes your fruit plus packaging and protective materials.

Even if you order 1kg of fruit, your parcel might weigh 1.3–1.5kg once packed — which can bump it into the next weight bracket.

We never add markup — just the exact cost based on weight and your location.

Do you offer Express Post or expedited shipping?

Yep — for orders up to 5kg, just select Express at checkout. Over 5kg? Contact us and we’ll quote the best rate for your location.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

We dispatch within 1–5 business days, depending on volume and season. Every order is packed fresh — and you’ll get tracking once it’s shipped.

Can I pick up locally or buy in-store?

If you're near Dimbulah, QLD, choose local pickup at checkout — we’ll be in touch to arrange a time that suits.

We also have a few select North QLD stockists. Reach out if you’d like to know where — or just order online and we’ll send it straight from our farm to your door.

Where do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to New Zealand, Singapore, the United States, UK & Europe, and more. Don’t see your country? Contact us — we may be able to help.

What happens if there are delays in delivery?

Once your parcel leaves us, it’s in the hands of Australia Post or international couriers.

Delays can happen — especially during peak seasons, extreme weather, or when delivering to remote areas.

But don’t worry — you’ll always get a tracking number when your order ships, so you can follow its progress.

If things seem off or you’re unsure, just reach out — we’ll do our best to help.
