All orders are packed and shipped directly by Tropical Harvest Qld from our family-run facility in Far North Queensland. We do not use third-party fulfilment centres.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed within up to 5 business days (often sooner).
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Orders are sent via Australia Post Standard or Express services.
Typical delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Post: 3–8 business days
  • Express Post: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal conditions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, including to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees.

Delivery timeframes vary by destination and customs clearance processes.
We cannot guarantee international delivery times once parcels are in transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, size, and destination.

Wrong Address or Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to us, it can be resent once the additional postage cost is paid.

Delivery Confirmation

Once tracking shows a parcel as “Delivered”, ownership transfers to the buyer.
Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address, particularly during warm weather, as dried fruit can be affected by heat exposure.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by Australia Post, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@tropicalharvestqld.com.au.

Please include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of any damage.
Refunds or replacements will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Delays & Peak Periods

While we do everything possible to dispatch promptly, delays can occur due to weather events, postal disruptions, or customs inspections.
During wet season (November–March) and Christmas peak periods, shipping times may be longer than usual.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (see Force Majeure in our Terms of Service).

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, and email) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing delivery updates.
We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
