Thank you for shopping with Tropical Harvest Qld.
We take great care to ensure every order is packed with premium, Australian-grown dried fruit.
Because our products are food items, we’re unable to offer change-of-mind returns — but we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Eligibility for Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

Refunds may be approved if:

  • You receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described; or
  • Your parcel is confirmed lost by Australia Post; or
  • A portion of your order meets one of the above conditions (a partial refund may be issued).

Refunds are not available for:

  • Natural variations in colour, flavour, or texture — these occur naturally between harvests and are expected;
  • Change of mind or personal taste preference;
  • Delays in transit or customs clearance for international orders; or
  • Items not stored properly after delivery.

Pre-Shipping Refund Requests

If you contact us before your order has shipped, we may, at our sole discretion, process a refund or cancel the order — for example, if an order was placed twice or an incorrect quantity was accidentally submitted.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, this option is no longer available.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@tropicalharvestqld.com.au.
  • Include:
    • Your order number;
    • A description of the issue;
    • Photos clearly showing any damage or spoilage; and
    • Your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
  • We’ll review your request and confirm the next steps.
  • In most cases, you’ll be asked to return the item to PO Box 494 Dimbulah QLD 4872 before a refund is processed.

Please package items securely for return — returned goods remain your responsibility until received.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (Shopify Payments or PayPal).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned goods are received.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet this policy’s conditions.

Exchanges and Replacements

We do not offer exchanges or replacements, even if stock is available.
All approved cases are refunded only.

International Orders

We cannot guarantee international delivery timeframes.
Refunds will not be issued for delays due to customs processing or postal transit outside our control.
Refunds may be approved only if a parcel is lost or damaged.
