Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

GST: Prices include GST where applicable. Shipping attracts GST. Dried-fruit products are GST-free.
International Orders: Buyers outside Australia are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed in their country.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and issue a full refund.

Orders and Payments

Payment is due in full at checkout.
We accept Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay where available) and PayPal.
By placing an order, you confirm all information provided is accurate.
Orders may be cancelled or refused if payment cannot be processed, if stock is unavailable, or if the destination cannot be serviced due to postage restrictions.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Dimbulah, Queensland using Australia Post.
We currently offer Express Postage only.
Processing time is up to 5 business days (often faster).
Delivery times follow Australia Post’s standard timeframes.
We do not guarantee international delivery times, and customs or local postal delays are outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once an order is delivered to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for food products.
Refunds or replacements are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

To request a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@tropicalharvestqld.com.au .
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

You may create an account to manage orders and preferences.
You are responsible for maintaining your login details.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.
